Gain a deeper understanding of the way the body and muscles work in this sometimes gentle, sometimes challenging yoga class. Cara leads a soft vinyasa flow with Iyengar alignment mixed with some classic hatha yoga. Not only will you gain strength and flexibility, but joining regularly will leave you feeling more grounded, balanced, and at peace.

What to expect:
- Live vocal guidance with pictures of postures
- Basic pranayama exercises
- Personal corrections of poses when needed
- Begins with a short meditation, ends with relaxation
What you need:
- Previous experience is required to know the basics of the postures (note: please contact us if you’re interested to take a few private zoom classes before to learn these basics)
- Yoga mat
- It’s also helpful to have two blocks, a strap, and a blanket
- A quiet room to practice with minimal distractions
